The CryoFurnace

Multiple tempers are achieved by a ramp soak controller, leaving the CryoFurnace to stand alone in thermal cycling. The CryoFurnace is the first and only cryogenic tempering chamber to have an upper limit of +1200°F. CryoFurnaces are used for a variety of heat-treating applications such as atmospheric tempering, stress relieving, and deep cryogenic tempering. The added benefit of 


inert atmosphere control will make these systems your most versatile piece of equipment. All of our furnaces are built to satisfy the extreme demands of daily operating conditions found in the professional heat-treating environment.   • Special Color – DMP Tan and Black are the standard option for paint, however we can customize to a customer’s needs.

  • Modified Split Airflow: A 2nd Air Plenum in ceiling with heaters and adjustable air louvers.

  • Load Sensor: This feature, when used during a soak, guarantees that the core temperature (not just the surface) sees the minimum time at temperature specified by the customer. The load sensor can also be used during ramps to protect parts with extreme thickness variations or critical geometry. Up to 2 may be added w/ Level II Control Upgrade.

  • O2 Monitor: Digital Oxygen monitoring system with Two-Alarm Relays for 19.5% and 18.0%, Remote Sensor capability of up to 10 feet, and Transmits 4-20mA signal to SCADA and PLC’s
